Work on arm strength (Long toss, build in the weight room). As well as working on accurate throws. Hitting wise, try not to lunge at the ball. Stay back. Your hands also are very choppy at impact which is why you most likely are seeing a lot of balls beat into the ground. Get more barrel depth and work through the zone more.
